- Fine-tuning. We created 4 pre-filled settings profiles for you and suggested choosing the type of company that you can choose in the new Onboarding step ⚙️
- Self-balanced karma limit. Each time you get karma from someone else, the amount of karma you can give away increases accordingly. Regardless of the karma limits set by your team leader: you get 1 karma, you can give 1 more karma.
