Can't login to Karma in MS Teams

Hi,
I installed karma in a new MS Teams account... as usual I selected a Team, a channel and everything went okay.
When I try to access any of Karma screens and put my login data (same microsoft account logged in ms teams) it just refreshed the page and does nothing.
is there something missing in my setup?
