Permissions needed for MS Teams?

I want to use Karmabot for MS Teams, but when I attempt to install it, I get this message...

"Need admin approval

Karma needs permission to access resources in your organisation that only an admin can grant. Please ask an admin to grant permission to this app before you can use it..."

Can you please let me know which permissions are required, and I can then put in a request to my local admin to review and hopefully approve.
