Is it possible to modify/add permissions so that I can have folks other than Slack admins able to see the reasons why someone was given Karma?

I'd like for some of my managers to be able to see who is giving their team members karma and the reasons associated with it as it might be beneficial for them when they are having 1:1/performance type discussions.
