Is there a way to add grouping or tags to karma rewards?

We have set a big list of different karma rewards options, about 40, and going to add more. All these rewards are listed on one page and it would be awesome to have groups or tags to quickly filter and limit the number of rewards on the page. For example, we have rewards related to branded things, rewards related to education, eGift Cards, music, etc.

Is there a way to add grouping or tags to karma rewards so team members could filter them out?
