How can I specify a default Value for karma requests to associate with when no keywords are present?

Hi - we are trying to set achievements based our custom company Values we set up for Quality and Innovation. We also set up a Value for general gratitude which we'd like to be the default Value associated with karma requests that do not involve keywords associated with the Quality and Innovation values.

We noticed that when no keywords are present in the karma request, the karma still gets associated with Quality or Innovation. We want to force karma to associate to the general gratitude Value when no other keywords are present. Is this possible?
