Unable to authenticate to Karma Teams app

We are currently trying to test the Karma bot in Teams. Installation is successful, however when I click any of the tabs in the app and click 'Sign in with Microsoft', a popup window appears briefly then disappears. I have pre-authorised the app for the required permissions, and tested this across multiple browsers and different M365 tenants with no change. Has anyone else experienced this?
