Hello, our customer service department at our company is highly interested in subscribing to Karma. However, there are a few questions I have. Firstly, I see a mention of achievement/badge cards on your website, but do not see any mention of it in the trial version, and I can not find any details about it on the internet. We are using this through Microsoft teams, will these achievements become a part of the Microsoft teams integration?

Also, will we be able to manually pick a sticker associated with the appreciation posts that get sent out and posted in Teams? Our company does not like the idea of random stickers being posted. Please let me know, thanks!
