The error message me and my users get is as follows: "There was a problem reaching this app".

We are on the most recent version of Teams and all running Windows 10. I wasn't sure how to go about troubleshooting this. I have already reinstalled Teams on a couple different machines to see if that made a difference but no dice.

Any suggestions on further troubleshooting?
