Karma bot nano for telegram receives requests from all members of group. This means, that group members can assign karma points to themselves, which creates a problem for admins/owner of group.

I want the bot to configure such that only admins of the group can give karma points to members of the group. Does this setting exist already? If yes, can you direct me how to configure it as said above?
