How to change logo under branding?

We need to change the logo used for our Karma as our company logo has changed - however every time we try under the Branding setting, the upload never works and simply has the spinning Karma logo... permanently. Have tried with different browsers to no joy. There doesn't seem to be any easy way to contact Support other than this forum - help please!
