Site Palette subscription cancel broken

Hi, I'm contacting you about another product you created, but I cannot find the contact email.

I am trying to cancel my subscription, but when I click on Manage the loading state never ends, and in DevTools I see that Stripe returned an error message:

{ "message": "You can’t create a portal session in live mode until you save your customer portal settings in live mode at https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/billing/portal." }

Please cancel my subscription manually since this is not allowing me to do it myself.
