Karmabot not loading on microsoft teams - desktop and mobile

Hello, since about yesterday my team has been unable to see karma notifications and since about this AM in US MT, we have been unable to open the app and send karma. It does not load beyond this screen. Is there a fix for this or is this something that is resolved by your team?
