Hello!

We have a couple of questions that we hope you can help us with:

1. Typically, in our organization, one Running Man emoji awards 1 unit of karma. However, on June 3rd, our employee received 4 units of karma for a single Running Man emoji. We have noticed similar instances occurring on the same day for other employees as well.
2. We have also observed that occasionally, when one of our user mentions colleagues' Slack usernames in her messages, those colleagues are awarded karma points.

If these are temporary glitches or if there have been any recent changes to the karma allocation system that we are unaware of?
