Experiencing delays
Hi, we have been using karma for slack and we love the product. We have noticed over the last week or so that karmabot isn't replying in thread with the karma animation card or if it does it takes 10 or so minutes to post. Can you advise on why that might be?

Can Moderators and Users have different Karma limits?
I want mods to have a few more Karma points than regular users, but not unlimited. Is there a way to do this?
