How do I make the Birtday and Anniversary pop out on the Karma Channel of my Slack

and it won't allow more than the limit.
In the settings admins are set to 'unlimited' by leaving the section blank. How do we fix this?

Hi my company ACA currently has karma but it is expiring on January 22nd. I just wanted to confirm- will we still have access on the 22nd ( tomorrow) or does it shut off and we will have no access starting tomorrow?

User has been able to in the past and nothing changed but she is not able to award points out. I've even tried upgrading her to unlimited points and still not able to award. Any ideas?
