Automatically assign Karma

I am trying to find ways of streamlining Karma assignment to my team via Microsoft Teams. Ideally, I would like a User to receive feedback from a client and gain 3 Karma, without another user having to type out "@karma @Username 3++ GG"

When I click to give karma it tells me to sign in then a box opens in the upper left that says ‘https://ms.karmabot.chat’ and nothing else. I have found nothing informative to help
