Until recently the rewards set for my team have been set to "Redeem;" however, now many of the rewards provided are labeled as "Contribute." I need all of my rewards to only provide the option "Redeem" and after searching everywhere, I cannot locate an option for my rewards to strictly be "Redeem" and not "Contribute." Where and how can this be corrected?

Hello! I got the problem that the karma bot cant give karma to some users after they written something in the chat.
The Bot just didnt accept it and say "User cannot accept Karma (yet). He should say something first in this chat."
