Karma Bot Expiration
Hi my company ACA currently has karma but it is expiring on January 22nd. I just wanted to confirm- will we still have access on the 22nd ( tomorrow) or does it shut off and we will have no access starting tomorrow?
I have a user that is not able to award karma out
User has been able to in the past and nothing changed but she is not able to award points out. I've even tried upgrading her to unlimited points and still not able to award. Any ideas?
Keep getting asked to upgrade
Whenever I log in I get redirected to https://app.karmabot.chat/upgrade, however our company account has a current subscription. I'm unable to access anything apart from this page. I've tried clearing cookies but that doesn't help. Please advise.
Internal Error Received when exporting report
We think there is a bug on the system where when you export a csv file it exports with a Internal System Error Message. Please advise a fix for this

How to convert karma points into rewards as a user?
I tried using /karma-conversion-code to try to convert karma points into rewards but unable to find an answer. The support pages only had an article for the admin.
