Boa tarde! Quando fazemos o resgate na plataforma recebemos o e-mail com um valor e depois ele diminui. Exemplo:
Em 07/09 fiz o resgate (Ifood), no e-mail constava o valor de R$ 60,00, mas depois aparece uma mensagem que só é permitido R$ 50,00 e os R$ 10,00 vai para algum outro lugar.
Não conseguimos usar o valor total de R$ 60,00 e os R$ 10,00 não retornam. É a segunda vez que perco, e pessoas mais antigas da empresa perderam mais.
Podem verificar e corrigir? Ou deixar a opção de escolha somente do valor que possamos usar integralmnte?o
