How do you fulfill/redeem the rewards for your team?
I understand how to create rewards but am confused how to fulfill them? For example: If you created a gift card reward, is it the companies job to email the gift card or does Karma create the gift card and send it? If you choose a company t-shirt can you have a store linked that the employees can pick from and will send the merch to the employee?

How do I remove Karma integration?
I want to remove karma integration from my slack integration. I am not able to find option to remove it.

How to change the term "karma coins"?
My organization has an intention to add the Karma function in MS Teams to give thanks and rewards to our co-workers. We find that this app is effective for rewarding function. However, the term "karma" and "karma coins" seem quite serious to us and do not suit the young culture of our organization. We are wondering if there is any way for users/admin to change the term or units for the compatibility of each enterprise's culture.
How to change logo under branding?
We need to change the logo used for our Karma as our company logo has changed - however every time we try under the Branding setting, the upload never works and simply has the spinning Karma logo... permanently. Have tried with different browsers to no joy. There doesn't seem to be any easy way to contact Support other than this forum - help please!
Is karmabot able to use our custom slack emojis?
I noticed in the documentation there was a way to get karma bought to request access to read custom emojis. I don't see that. I would love to allow our users to simply give each other karma using some of our emojis, but all I can use are the default emojis that come with slack
How do I reset our leaderboard?
I am looking to reset our leaderboard so all users are at 0 but am unsure how to do that
