Just sent my colleague karma but the message did not show on Slack. I can see it in my Karma list and I have Karmabot integrated on Slack. I don't know what happened :(

Hi! I just added Karmabot as admin in a Telegram group I am leading. I tested it sending karma to me and other user successfully but there is one user that karma is not assigning points. It says that user must write first at that main telegram channel (the group has several channels), what was already done by user. Instead of assigning karmas to the user, the bot assigns it to me.
What should be happening to solve this issue? I requested user to quit the group and enter again but this did not fix it. Also checking permissions at user profile and adding a telegram user handle to the account, but no changes.
I will really appreciate the help

The Karma bot is in my slack channel and I would like it to go away, how can I get it leave the channel?

I tried and any user can give points. Any option to limit that? Thanks!

Our users are facing issues with Karma connect.
As they join the call, it gives an error and the call never starts.
