how do I convert to a live account ? I see no options other than put in C card which I have.

User can't get karma
One member of my group can't receive karma. The bot response "{me} Sorry, {he} cannot accept karma (yet). She should say something first in this chat."
He already post a message in the group. I tried add karma inline and replying his message but he still didn't get any.
