Not able to login to Karma on MS Teams
We moved to a different Microsoft O365 tenant and when am trying to configure karma for our organization with [email protected] am getting the below error
No option to choose payment method - anually
Currently we are able only to choose mothly payment option, while at the homepage we can see there is an option to pay once for all year.
Karma for Team
Hi, I would like to use Karma on my Slack space. (more than 1000+ users)
Could you please explain, can we use Karma only for one team (of one channel)? It would be no more than 50 users.
As I test all users that connected to my space are automatically created in the Karma management dashboard. And I can't remove them.
Karma for one private channel only
Is it possible to add karma to one private channel and deny for #general and other channels in Slack space?
How to restore access to karma bot for Slack?
User who was responsible for Karma was removed from Slack and now Karma bot OS inacccessible through logging in to the website. We see error 500.

Hello. We still have an issue accessing Karma app through Teams. We use the Teams online version as a work-around but I would like a resolution plan.
