My team are frustrated with the karma app not having visible submit and cancel buttons in the main karma window. Where can I send a screenshot to show how faded the buttons are?

I am consistently unable to locate a point of contact to answer basic questions about administering Karma to our team members. The videos do not address our individualized issues, and I'm finding it incredibly time-consuming to understand how to address team member questions & concerns related to Karma. Please assist me with identifying a point of contact to support us.

We'd like to use Karma for performance reviews, with anonymous peer feedback. Is this supported in Karma today?

I am going through our Reports list, and some staff members are no longer at the company, they are not in any of the Karma Groups (and their accounts have been deleted), and yet they are still visible here. Where and how can I remove these people?
