Feedback not getting sent to all Slack members
Our Karma Feedback survey gets sent out on the first of each month, but not everyone on Slack receives it. What can we do to debug/resolve this?
Karma showing rewards in Teams web-based version, but not desktop app version
I am trying to help a client with Karma issues. We can see the rewards when working with web-based Teams app, but when we use the desktop app, it is a blank page. Any ideas how to fix?

Karma is triple sending
Users are giving out Karma in Slack but it's sending out three times causing triple the Karma. Is there a way to resolve this?
