We need to change the logo used for our Karma as our company logo has changed - however every time we try under the Branding setting, the upload never works and simply has the spinning Karma logo... permanently. Have tried with different browsers to no joy. There doesn't seem to be any easy way to contact Support other than this forum - help please!

I noticed in the documentation there was a way to get karma bought to request access to read custom emojis. I don't see that. I would love to allow our users to simply give each other karma using some of our emojis, but all I can use are the default emojis that come with slack

I am looking to reset our leaderboard so all users are at 0 but am unsure how to do that

How can I tag everyone in the chat on slack to give them a Karma Coin instead of going one by one?
