Exchange received karma for more karma?
Can I exchange received karma for more karma to give out? Once I've given out all of my monthly karma, I'd love to cash in my received karma in exchange for karma that I can give out to others. Bonus.ly has this feature.

Karma limit can be manipulated with negative karma
Hi there! We have a 100 karma limit per month. But some of our employees found a workaround around limit: they give negative karma which decreases their limit and then they are able to give positive karma.
Karma showing up as "code" in slack
Instead of seeing the usual karma graphics/gifs, it's coming across in code... And in Slack it literally shows up as coded text. It was working for a long time, no issues. This just started for us. I have the most recent version of Slack on Mac OS.

Why is karma tracked as a decimal? I can't give out 0.1 worth of karma. Shouldn't it be a whole number?

Is it possible to make the Karma that is displayed for a user be configurable to something other than "Total"? We are running a program where we recognize our top karma earners each quarter, and it'd be nice to be able to show folks karma based on that quarter instead of total after they receive karma. Along those same lines, a way to make the weekly report that gets posted also be QTD instead of last quarter...
Permissions
Is it possible to modify/add permissions so that I can have folks other than Slack admins able to see the reasons why someone was given Karma?
