Copy announcements to this channel

This feature will force Karma bot to copy all announcements for karma request approvals to a selected channel. Both for user and channel's karma.

Use next 3 steps to activate it.

1. Go to Settings via Profile menu

2. Go to Notifications section

3. Use Copy announcements to this channel drop-down list to select a channel
