Karma Rewards

Set up your own rewards and let your employees be even more engaged than ever. Regardless of a place on a leaderboard, the rewards can be enjoyed: movie tickets, gift cards and days off, you name it.

1 [admin] Set the Rewards

To set the Rewards head over to Settings > Rewards

• Set the bonus period;
• Set current bonus;
• Use reward templates or create a custom reward;
• Customize the reward.

2. The dashboard

Once set, the rewards are available for the users from the Dashboard

• Redeem the reward [user/admin]
• Fulfill the reward [admin]
• Check the history of rewards [user/admin]
