Karma Rewards MS Teams

Set up your own rewards and let your employees be even more engaged than ever. Regardless of a place on a leaderboard, the rewards can be enjoyed: movie tickets, gift cards and days off, you name it.

1. Set the Rewards

To set the Rewards head over to Settings tab > Rewards section

• Set the bonus period;
• Set current bonus;
• Use reward templates or create a custom reward;
• Customise the reward.

2. Rewards tab

Once set, the rewards are available for the users from the Rewards tab

• Redeem the reward;
• Fulfill the reward;
• Check the history of rewards.
