Who can edit roles and set options

This feature will allow the owner to grant or restrict access to top roles and options management to other team moderators.

To set this up use these 3 steps.

1. Go to Settings via Profile menu

2. Go to Permissions section

3. Assign Who can edit roles and change these options

There are two available options: owners or owners and moderators.
